LIFE MOVES IN SEASONS.

Busy periods come and go — it's one of the rhythms of a full life. Your yoga practice doesn't have to be all or nothing. Many of our longest-standing members have moved through stretches of low attendance and found their practice waiting for them when things settled again.

If you need to step away for a period of time, a membership hold may be worth looking at before anything is finalized.

We're sorry to hear you're navigating an injury or health challenge. Please take whatever time and space you need — your wellbeing comes first, always.

When you're ready, many of our teachers specialize in restorative, gentle, and therapeutic yoga. Even breath-based or seated practice can be a meaningful place to begin again.

If you need to step away while you heal, a membership hold can preserve your place without any pressure on timing.

Your Infinity Membership includes an on-demand yoga library available any time, livestream classes on a flexible schedule, and the ability to walk in whenever life allows — without planning ahead, booking passes, or tracking attendance.

Sometimes re-engaging starts with a single class. The barrier to showing up is much lower when access is already there.

Financial

WE WANT TO HELP IF WE CAN

Financial seasons shift, and we never want cost to be the thing that separates you from your practice. Before you finalize anything, we'd like to share a couple of options that may make your membership easier to carry right now.

We offer the ability to split your annual renewal across two payments, look at different payment structures and we also offer a membership hold — which pauses both your membership and your billing for up to four months.

We'd genuinely rather find a way to keep you with us than lose you entirely.

Your Infinity Membership includes unlimited livestream yoga classes and a full on-demand library — so wherever you land, your practice and your teachers stay with you. Many members who have relocated have kept their membership exactly for this reason.

And whenever you visit Kingston, your studio is here. Guest passes travel with you too.

One important thing to be aware of before we finalize.* This field is required.All cancellation forms must be submitted BEFORE your payment due date. In the event that you have experienced a renewal already, please note the below conditions to your contract.

I confirm that my membership account has no outstanding balance. I understand that cancellation requests cannot be processed until any outstanding amounts — including NSF fees or unpaid renewal charges — have been settled in full. Accounts with outstanding balances will be escalated for collection. I understand that a $100 late cancellation fee applies to refunds requested within 14 days of my renewal date, and that no refund will be issued after that window has passed.
