Knowing Creation
December 6th, 9am-12pm
Unitarian Society of Germantown
Sullivan Chapel
Brian shares:
"We meditate. We focus our attention on breathing in, on breathing out.
Then a new experience arises. We create a habitual response, mostly without being aware that that is what we are doing.
When we know the act of creation, see it as the beautiful, transient moment of life that it is, we can then reflect with wisdom:
do I intend to continue this creative action,
or shall I release it and move on to whatever arises next.
When we choose to release unwholesome creations, we feel lightness and clarity.
This will be our practice on Saturday, December 6th.
Please join us."
Please arrive at 8:45 am on Dec. 6th to allow us all to begin to quieten and be settled by 9:00.
In your navigation system, please use the address 359 W. Johnson Street Phila, PA 19144 to help you find the parking lot located behind USG.
