NOMINATION FEE: $660.00 PER HORSE inc GST

All horses MUST BE RIDDEN.
All horses MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR to nominating. NO PENDING REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Registration Certificates MUST BE ATTACHED to this nomination form.
Nominations WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED until valid ABN & GST status or Hobby Declaration is provided.
Nomination fee will be refunded for horses withdrawn from the sale due to injury after printing of the catalogue PROVIDED A VET CERTIFICATE IS SUPPLIED.
One Horse Per Entry ( if you have more than one horse please complete this form for each entry)

Commission of 8.8% (including GST) will apply on sale price in respect to sold lots; from day of sale to 14 days after the advised sale date.

Any lots sold privately will not be eligible to compete in future years Incentive Drafts.
