Release of Liability and Waiver* This field is required.To be reviewed by and agreed upon by player's parent or legal guardian. I, the undersigned player (if 18 or older) or as parent/guardian of the player registered here (if a minor), hereby give my approval for the player’s participation in any and all North Bay Yankees activities, organized through the Baseball Club Marin. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury with North Bay Yankees activities (including, but not limited to activities before, during and after workouts and games, and in traveling to or from such games) I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify and hold harmless the North Bay Yankees, Baseball Club Marin, the officers, directors, organizers, sponsors, participants, coaches, umpires, players, and volunteers of those organizations, and other players, parents or guardians, for any claim arising out of an injury to myself (or my child, if a minor) except to the extent and in the amount covered by North Bay Yankees Insurance. I recognize that such insurance is extremely limited in scope and coverage. I understand that there is no guarantee of playing time and games and practices will be based on field and weather conditions and that no reimbursements will be paid for events canceled due to weather and/or facilities issues. I understand that, in accordance with the established procedures of organized baseball, the North Bay Yankees baseball club reserves the right to suspend players for breach of its rules and regulations. I also understand that the North Bay Yankees reserves, in its sole and exclusive judgment, all rights and powers as to team assignments and management. I further recognize that no refunds are available after January 1, 2026.

I further acknowledge that Baseball Club Marin, North Bay Yankees, all coaches, volunteers, umpires and other parties involved in this program, have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I further acknowledge that Baseball Club Marin, North Bay Yankees, et al can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to other participants and their families. I attest that by participating in any activities with Baseball Club Marin and North Bay Yankees: * I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. * I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days. * I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days. * I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. * I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities. * I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I hereby release and agree to hold Baseball Club Marin, North Bay Yankees and all those associated with these programs harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the program, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any involvement with Baseball Club Marin, North Bay Yankees, all coaches, volunteers, umpires and other parties involved in this program,. I understand that this release discharges Baseball Club Marin, North Bay Yankees, all coaches, volunteers, umpires and other parties involved in this program, from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against this program with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, the North Bay Yankees program. This liability waiver and release extends to Baseball Club Marin, North Bay Yankees, all coaches, volunteers, umpires and other parties involved in this program,
