    Participant Application Form
  • The Constructivist Regenerative Design Lab is an eight-month accelerator programme for leading engineering and construction industry professionals to support each other to apply regenerative principles in practice.

We’re looking to bring together a cohort with a range of skills, perspectives and experiences. The questions below help us do that.

The form takes around 30–45 minutes to complete.

Once you have submitted your answers, we will contact you after the closing date to let you know if you have been successful. If we have a large number of applications, we may conduct a short-listing process by phone interview.

    Thank you for your interest.

    The Regenerative Design Lab team

  • Section One — Your engagement with regenerative design

This is not a beginner course. You don’t need to have a detailed understanding of regenerative design, but we are looking for applicants who are already engaging with the ideas—whether through circular economy, systems thinking, sustainability, nature-based solutions, or other adjacent fields. We want to work with people who are ready to go deeper and apply these ideas in real contexts.
  • Section 2 — Your potential for impact and influence

This Lab is designed for people who want to bring others with them — whether through formal leadership, storytelling, convening, credibility or community action. We’re looking for participants with the intent and opportunity to spark change, in whatever way fits their context.
  • Section 3 — Balance across the cohort.

We aim to bring together a well-balanced cohort with a range of sectors, roles, and lived experiences. This section helps us understand your background so we can shape a group where different perspectives, needs and strengths can support mutual thriving.
  • Lived experience

We are committed to equity, inclusion and anti-oppression. We consider lived experience as part of how we shape the group, particularly where people bring perspectives that are underrepresented in the field of regenerative design.
  • Optional identity questions

These help us monitor diversity across our community. All are optional. We haven't included all protected characteristics, but if you feel they are relevant to your application, please include this under lived experience.
  • Section 4 — access, pricing and equity places

  • Pricing tier

Cohort 6 is funded entirely through participant fees. We offer three tiers to support a diversity of participants. Your choice here does not affect your application. But to make the programme viable, we do need enough participants at the higher tiers. Choosing the appropriate tier helps us offer equity places and subsidised rates to others who wouldn’t otherwise be able to join.
  • Equity places

We offer up to two equity places per cohort at a reduced rate of £600 + VAT, for applicants who would not otherwise be able to attend due to financial barriers or underrepresented perspectives. These places are a core part of how we design the Lab—helping ensure a wider range of experiences and voices are part of the cohort.
  • Access and support needs

We’re committed to making the Lab as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you have any access or support needs, please let us know here — whether related to mobility, sensory needs, learning preferences, neurodivergence, technology access, financial barriers, or anything else. We’re happy to arrange a call to talk through support options.
