By signing up as a Volta Pro Tours Ambassador, you agree to:
1. Promote Volta Pro Tours events, tours, and content authentically and respectfully.
2. Use your unique referral code or link for all promotions.
3. Represent Volta Pro Tours professionally, reflecting our values of adventure, community, and authenticity.
4. Disclose any sponsored or paid partnerships according to social media advertising guidelines.
5. Provide accurate information and notify Volta Pro Tours of any changes to your contact details or availability.
Commission & Rewards
Ambassadors earn commission on bookings made using their unique referral code:
Bronze Tier ‒ 1‒3 bookings: 3% commission
Silver Tier ‒ 4‒6 bookings: 5% commission
Gold Tier ‒ 7+ bookings: 7% commission
Commissions are calculated on a per-booking basis. If an ambassador progresses to a higher tier (e.g., after the third booking), the increased commission applies only from that booking onward.
For example, if four bookings are made at once, the first three will be paid at the Bronze rate, and the fourth will receive the Silver rate ̶ previous bookings remain at their original tier percentage.
Payment Terms
Payments are made by Bank Transfer in Pounds Sterling to the Ambassadors selected bank account.
Terms & Conditions
1. Ambassadors act as independent promoters, not employees or agents of Volta Pro Tours.
2. Commissions apply only to bookings made via the ambassador’s referral link or code.
3. Volta Pro Tours reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Programme at any time with notice.
4. Ambassadors must uphold Volta Pro Tours’ image and values and avoid any conduct that could harm the brand’s reputation.
5. Non-compliance may result in program removal and forfeiture of rewards.
6. Promotional content must be accurate and approved when requested.
7. Commission payments are made one month after the referred client has paid the balance of the Event Fee.
