• After completing this form, you'll receive a confirmation text/email if the order has been accepted/rejected and an quote/invoice will follow in 1-3 business days.
• A deposit is required within 5 days of quote/invoice to secure your booking. If not received by the due date, invoice will automatically be cancelled. If you still would like cookies after this, you will need to re-submit an enquiry. However, I cannot guarantee your date will still be available.
•Full payment is required preferably a week before pickup or at collection. I will not release cookies that are not paid in full.
• Please ensure all details are correct in the invoice before making payment. Any discrepancies please let me know!
• I’ll always do my best to create cookies that suit your preferences and theme, however some creative freedom may apply. Please note that exact replicas of designs found online cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders must be collected/recieved at the agreed time from Parkes NSW. If something comes up and/or you are unable to collect/recieve on time, You must let me know as soon as possible to work out another alternative.
•Only one chance to reschedule will be permitted. After this time, Uncollected orders will forfeit their deposit and/or may be resold.
