Notes and Terms:

• Pricing is based on a group of 7 golfers traveling together. Final pricing will be adjusted based on the confirmed group size.
• Pricing is based on a USD exchange rate conversion of EUR/USD 1.20. If, at the time of final balance, the prevailing exchange rate changes materially, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
• A 25% deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 90 days require full payment at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions or required by applicable supplier terms. Once services are confirmed, supplier terms and any applicable cancellation conditions apply.
• Should Elite Golf Experiences cancel the trip due to not reaching the required minimum number of golfers, written notice will be provided and all payments made to Elite Golf Experiences, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.
• Pricing is based on shared or single occupancy, as selected on the booking form. Substitutions may be possible subject to supplier approval.
• All golf courses are planned as listed and remain subject to course availability, tee time confirmation, club policies, local operating conditions, and supplier confirmation. If necessary, a comparable course of similar quality and experience will be arranged.
• The optional individual pre-tour extension in Athens is subject to separate availability, pricing, and confirmation. Any selected pre-tour services will be included in the confirmation invoice once availability has been verified.
• Submitting a booking form allows Elite Golf Experiences to begin securing services on your behalf. Your booking is confirmed once Elite Golf Experiences issues written confirmation.
• These booking terms complement and should be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions of Elite Golf Experiences, which form an integral part of this agreement.

Travel Insurance Acknowledgment and Waiver

I acknowledge that I have been offered the opportunity to purchase comprehensive travel insurance (details provided below), including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks. I understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended and that failure to obtain adequate coverage may result in significant financial loss.

If I choose not to purchase travel insurance, I do so at my own risk, accept full responsibility for any resulting losses, and expressly waive any claims against the tour operator arising from this decision.
