• Field Day Access Request Form

  • The deadline for all accessibility requests is two weeks before Field Day (Friday 8th May 2026).

     

    To make access arrangements for our pre-bookable facilities, you must follow these steps: 

    1) Purchase a ticket for yourself, or for the guest with access needs. If you are applying for a PA ticket do not purchase this ticket, it is free and will be sent to you once your request has been approved.

    2) Complete this Access Requests Form.

    3) Wait for approval of your request. We aim to process requests as quickly as possible, we guarantee a response to your email or form within 5 working days.

     

    In line with our new policy, all festival goers needing to use any of the bookable access facilities must have either a valid Nimbus Access Card or the Digital Access Pass. Apply for one here.

    Already got an Access Card? If you already have an Access Card, you don’t need to apply again. You can now complete our Access Request Form.

  • In line with our updated accessibility policy, we now require a Nimbus Access Card or Digital Access Pass to confirm eligibility for our pre-bookable access facilities. This helps us ensure fair and consistent access to these facilities for all customers who need them.

    Access to the facilities will be provided to customers based on the symbols on their Nimbus Access Card or Digital Nimbus Access Pass.
