- Take risks, try new techniques and propose new ideas
- Create resources for counterparts to learn from
- Understand BBYO as a global Movement and remember our responsibilities beyond our home communities
- Understand your involvement will be expected in all I‐Board projects; be genuinely interested in topics not directly related to your specific position (i.e. membership if you are the Sʼgan/Sʼganit)
- Promote ALL international initiatives and campaigns
- Be positive and motivate others to be involved
- Think outside of the chapter/council/regional/country structure
- Adhere to all deadlines, or beat them
- Respect BBYO Professionals and all BBYO stakeholders
- Include Nʼsiah/Godol in any decision making throughout the year
- Adhere to BBYOʼs Code of Conduct
- Work to your fullest ability at all times
- Remain active in your chapter/council/region/country
- Understand that this list is incomplete and that you will play a role in shaping additional expectations for the next International Board.
