I,Program Sponsor Name*, attest that all participants affiliated with my program attending the 2026 Technology Awareness Day event consent to use of their name, voice, image, likeness and any and all attributes of their personality, in, on, or in connection with any film, audio tape, video tape, audio-visual work, photograph, illustration, animation or broadcast in any media or embodiment including, without limitation, any formats of computer readable media produced by or for the benefit of BNSF Railway or others affiliated with or participating in the Technology Awareness Day event. By signing this document, I am affirming that I and all participants affiliated with my program, and their parents or legal guardians understand that such consent is MANDATORY for participation in the 2026 Technology Awareness Day. I also attest I consent personally for myself and possess such proper and legal consent for all of my program’s participants, all of which I will retain for a period of not less than two years.

I, Full Name* (referenced as Contributor), for valuable consideration received, agree to the following as evidence by my below signature.

Contributor consents and grants to BNSF Railway Company, its agents, and their successors and assigns and any third parties (“BNSF”) the non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right and license to edit, use, and reproduce my likeness, name, biography, comments, image, and voice, in whole or in part, and on a perpetual and worldwide basis, in connection with BNSF’s production and distribution of the Initial Use described above and other similar uses.

Contributor releases and holds harmless BNSF from any liability arising out of his/her participation in the Initial Use and other similar BNSF uses described above.

Contributor releases and waives any claims of rights of privacy, rights of publicity, so-called "moral rights," or credit in connection with the use of his/her likeness, name, biography, comments, and/or voice.

This Consent and Release is binding on Contributor and his/her executors, heirs, successors and assigns.
