Rules & Expectations
1.ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

2. CONTESTANT OR CONTESTANT’S PARENTS (IF CHILD IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18) AFFIRM THAT SHE IS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PERSON OF GOOD CHARACTER.

3. CONTESTANT OR CONTESTANT’S SUPPORTERS, GUESTS OR VISITORS WILL CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER ALWAYS DURING THE STATE AND NATIONALS PAGEANT. BAD SPORTSMANSHIP IS NOT TOLERATED AND WILL BE GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL OF THE CONTESTANT FROMTHE PAGEANT WITHOUT A REFUND.

4. CONTESTANTS OR PARENTS MAY NOT APPROACH THE JUDGES DURING OR AFTER THE PAGEANT.

5. CONTESTANT AGREES NOT TO SLANDER AMERICA’S INTERNATIONAL MISS SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANT, AIM Western Region REGION, ITS DIRECTORS, PEERS, JUDGES, VOLUNTEERS OR ANYONE ELSE AFFILIATED WITH THE PAGEANT.

6. AMERICA’S INTERNATIONAL MISS WESTERN REGION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE DATES AND VENUE OF THE STATE PAGEANT IF DEEMED NECESSARY.

7. AMERICA’S INTERNATIONAL MISS WESTERN REGION HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANYONE ENTRY INTO THE STATE PAGEANT.

8. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

9. ONLY ONE CHAPERONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE

DRESSING ROOM AND NO MEN ARE ALLOWED.

Light Make up ages 4-12, 13- up age appropriate make up, No Cupcake Dresses, age appropriate clothing, Formal wear long dresses, ages 0-3 short dresses.

Each optional will be judged in each age divisions

Talent needs to be 2 mins. (Bring music with you!)

Photogenic only 5x7 or 8x10 size.

After we receive your form and payment, you will receive an email.
