By volunteering for the CenTex BBQ Roundup (CTBR), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I am participating voluntarily.
2. I understand that event activities may involve physical labor or interaction with crowds.
3. I release the CTBR, its board, organizers, and charity partners from liability for injuries caused by my negligence or failure to follow instructions.
4. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by CTBR staff.
5. I give permission for CTBR to use photos or media of me volunteering for promotional purposes.
