You'll be able to add additional items to your Holiday delivery later on in your account, for now we're just focusing on specialty items that are low on inventory that require reservations.

New This Year - Support A Family In Need

TC Feeds Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed by TC Farm farmers and members to serve local families facing food insecurity.

This year with the significant cuts to national hunger relief funding, we have seen a huge increase in need of school aged children. Thankfully we won a significant local grant that allowed us to raise a special flock of chicken, thousands of dozens of eggs and other food great to be delivered to dozens of families in the area.

Our one-time grant funding ends in a few weeks and we are hoping to continue these deliveries into the New Year.  

Please consider donating below to provide part (or all!) of a Holiday meal to families in need.  

We would also be so grateful if you'd subscribe to donate on a regular basis. Our goal is to get to at least $1,000 in donations per week so that we can continue serving the existing families after the grant funding runs out.

All meat items besides the hams are raw and will need to be cooked.

Prime Rib

100% Grass Fed beef or no-soy organic fed for our pork.  Both regeneratively raised and a special treat!

Smoked Ham Roasts

All our pork is heritage breeds raised outside on green pasture with a certified or transition organic no-soy feed.  

The forest hog roast is very special. As a slow growth lard breed, it has incredible flavor and is hand fed for its long life in our montrose woodlot.  Highly recommend trying if you haven't before. 

Leg of Lamb Roasts

All of our lamb is raised by farmer kerry who also raised the forest hog and the ducks/geese.  These are 100% grass fed and rotationally grazed in Montrose MN. 

Duck and Goose

Treat yourself to a special treat -- a holiday goose!  These were rotationally grazed out on the pasture with a transition organic feed and tended to every day by farmer Kerry. This year he experimented with a few different heritage breeds. These are nothing like you can buy in any grocery store -- we hope you enjoy!  


For geese, there may be a size range and thus a price range once your goose is allocated to you, the pricing below is the average from the flock.
