• Wed 28/Thurs 29 - Qualifying Rounds (off level). Start date dependant on number of entries
• Thurs 29/Fri 30 Jan - Sun 1 Feb - Main Draw (off handicap). 

• All professionals competing in the main draw will receive an appearance fee of £200
• Professionals with a handicap of 5.4 or better will receive a 25% bonus in appearance fee 

• Thursday 29 January - Sponsor's Welcome Drinks
• Friday 30 January - Tournament Celebration 
  • Attendance to the Tournament Celebration is mandatory for all main draw players (failure to attend the dinner will result in a 50% deduction in appearance fee)
  • Cost: TBC (covered by Seacourt Silver Racquet Fund for all Professional players)
  • Dress code: Smart-Casual
  • Further details to be released in due course

Tournament Rules

• All main draw matches will be played off half handicap differences
• Non-sanctioned event - results will be entered as Competitive (IHSC non-sanctioned). All category 1 players (handicap better than 10.1) will receive a null result.
• Losing player (if professional status) will be required to mark the next match up to the quarter finals. Marking fee's in line with IRTPA.
• Those with a handicap higher than 9.4 will need to qualify
• Qualifiers may be extended or reduced dependent on numbers of entries
• Professionals do not have to pay an entry fee or for the celebration event
• All UK amateur entrants must be full members of the T&RA (excluding associates). Non-members should contact the T&RA Office via office@tennisandrackets.com 
• Match regulations as per the T&RA Tournament Rules & Procedures
• The decision of the Seacourt Silver Racquet Committee is final
