City of Albany 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program

We are ecstatic to present the City of Albany’s 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program.

 The program will run from July 6th through August 7th. Youth participating in the program

will work up to a total of 100 hours and earn $16.00 per hour. 

 All interested youth are required to apply by completing this online application and

completing the registration process, which includes mandatory orientation. Completion of the

registration process does not guarantee a paid work experience, as there are limited numbers

of slots.  

In order to be eligible for this program, the youth must be a City of Albany resident

and be between the ages of 14 and 18 years of age by the application deadline

(March 31st).
