Please complete this form if you are interested in learning more about joining our crew that works behind the scenes at events.
High Five Events is having an information session for anyone interested in learning more about our part-time event crew and possibly working at our upcoming events. The session is open to everyone and provides a unique opportunity for individuals interested in part-time positions at High Five Events to gain insights into the fundamentals of event production. Attendees will have the chance to engage in a Q&A session and connect with both full-time and part-time staff members.

The session will be on Thursday, January 8th at 6:30 p.m. at the High Five Events office, located at 3933 Promontory Point Dr., Austin, TX, 78744.

Let us know which events you may be available for. Generally, all crew members will work the Saturday & Sunday of race weekend, at a minimum. Additional work days are usually available the week leading up to race day, and the days after the event.

Let us know which areas of the event are most interesting to you. The areas are:
- Expo (The Health and Wellness Expo that occurs indoors the days prior to race day.)
- Packet Pickup (The part of the Expo where all the athletes pick up their bib numbers, t-shirts, and goody bags.)
- Marketing Activation (The Marketing Activation team sets up and operates the promotion of the events. For example, they operate the Austin Marathon booth at the expo promoting next years edition.)
- Supply (The Supply team deliver all the supplies and equipment to all aspects of the event.)
- Course (The Course team manage all aspects of the event race courses, including traffic control, course signage, and aid stations.)
- Site (The Site team sets up and operates the Start Line, Finish Line, and Festivals.)
