Service Opportunities:
Welcome & Greeters
- Assisting the Hospitality Ministry 3 Rear 3 Vestibule
- Station at main entrances and key hallways.
- Offer warm welcome, direct guests to main sanctuary, restrooms, photo areas.
- Coordinate with Ushers for overflow and accessibility.
Hospitality – Cocoa & Cookies
- Hospitality Ministry Assistance- Food Service
- Offer Hospitality for members and guests to hot cocoa, cookies, area and maintain sanitation.
- Keep allergens posted; label nut/gluten-free options.
Photo Team
- Manage the tree photo queue & family photo station.-
- Operate church device (if provided) or assist with guest phones.
- Ensure step-and-repeat or backdrop stays tidy.
Accessibility Hosts
- Escort seniors/guests with disabilities from drop-off to seating.
- Reserve seating areas; manage companion seating.
Décor & Environment November 24-November 30, 2025
- Decoration UBC Christmas Trees (Vestibule & Rear)
- Place signage; set wreaths/garland; assist with tree skirt, cord covers.
- Monitor décor integrity during event
Runners/Floaters
- On-call for supply runs, relief breaks, and assist any station in need.
Clean-Up & Strike
- Bag trash/recycling; wipe tables; return furniture.
- Collect leftover supplies; check rooms; final walk-through.
