Vendor Application Form
Connections for Children’s (CFC) Family Learning Festival is a free community celebration welcoming more than 600 children, parents, and caregivers for a day of hands-on learning, creativity, and connection. Families enjoy interactive stations, arts and crafts, music, movement, and access to essential early childhood resources.

Selection and Deadline: Vendors must submit a completed submission form by January 23, 2026. Vendor fees must be submitted by January 30, 2026, to confirm participation. You will receive a link to submit payment at the end of the registration page.
Vendor Criteria
- Must align with CFC’s mission of supporting early learning, families, and community well-being.
- Products and services must be appropriate for a children and family audience (no alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or adult content).
- Vendors are encouraged to provide interactive or family-friendly activities at their tables.
- All vendors must complete a submission form and be approved by CFC.
Vendor Pricing

Each vendor space includes one table, two chairs, and a canopy. Please select “I will bring my own canopy” in your application if you plan to bring your own.

Vendors must align with CFC’s mission of supporting early learning, families, and community well-being. Products and services must be family appropriate (no alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or adult content). By participating, you acknowledge that photos and/or videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. If additional consent forms are required, they will be provided in advance.
