1. Minimum Commitment
Sponsor agrees to a minimum 6-month commitment from the start date. After the initial 6-month term, this agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.
2. Payment Terms
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month via auto-pay. - Annual payments are due within 10 days of agreement signing. Late payments (over 15 days) may result in suspension of sponsorship benefits.
3. Logo and Materials
Sponsor agrees to provide high-resolution logo files and business information within 7 days of signing for use in promotional materials.
4. Cancellation Policy
No cancellation permitted during the initial 6-month term except for cause. After 6 months, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Annual payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another business with approval.
5. Renewal
After the initial 6-month term, sponsorship continues month-to-month at the same rate unless either party provides 30 days notice of cancellation or rate adjustment.
6. Modification of Benefits
Organization reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits with 30 days notice, provided the overall value remains substantially equivalent.
