Overview

This Rental Registration Form is required by the community’s Governing Documents to ensure all rentals comply with Association's Rules and Regulations. Owners must comply with the Lease provisions outlined in Article 8, Section 10 of the CC&Rs. This form allows the Association to maintain accurate occupant records and helps support the safety, security, and overall quality of life within the community.

Amenity Access Form Request - Rentals
This section must be completed by the property owner who is granting their tenants access to the amenities.

Once all required documentation is approved, tenants may receive up to four mobile access points per household. A mobile access point is a digital credential in the Verkada Pass app that allows a mobile device to unlock the community amenities. Click here for additional information on Verkada Pass, including instructions, updates, and support. Please note that granting access to tenants removes the homeowner’s access to the Aquatic Centers.

Tenants must also be provided with the Aquatic Center Guidelines.

Acknowledge the section below for the tenants living at the address listed above who are being approved for access to the Aquatic Centers. The tenants will be sent an Amenity Access Form by the HOA to complete before they receive access.

I certify the following:

An Owner who leases or otherwise grants occupancy rights to their lot to any person(s) shall be responsible for assuring compliance by the resident/tenant/occupant with all of the provisions of the Ironwood Crossing Governing Documents and shall be jointly and severally responsible for any violations by the resident/tenant/occupant.

No lot may be leased for a period of less than six (6) consecutive months. At least ten (10) days before commencement of the lease term, the Owner shall provide the Association a tenant form clarifying that the tenant has agreed to be bound by the CC&Rs, the Articles, the Bylaws, Design Guidelines, and the Rules & Regulations of the Association and that the Owner accepts responsibility for the tenant’s violation of such documents.

Names of each of the Lessees and each other person who will reside in the Residence during the lease term are provided.

In addition to the above, by signing and submitting this form to the Association, I am agreeing to inform all residents/tenants/property managers of the governing documents for the Ironwood Crossing community (CC&Rs/Design Guidelines/Association Rules). Additionally, I agree that every owner/resident/tenant/manager must abide by the rules & regulations outlined in the documents.
