• Equitable Workplace Foundation Assessment

Welcome. This tool helps you move beyond traditional checkboxes and reflect on the deeper cultural foundations needed for regenerative, justice-aligned workplaces. It takes about 15 minutes, and you’ll receive a short report with your results via email, to support your ongoing journey.

  • A few notes about the quiz

    1. We will be asking:

    • 6 Questions about You & Your Organization (name, email, etc.)
    • 10 Questions on a 1-5 scale
    • 2 Longer form Question

    2. How to answer:

    • If you are founder and working mostly on your own, answer the question for yourself.
    • If you are a leader of a team or organization, answer for your team or organization.

    3. A working definition of workplace equity:

Workplace equity goes a step beyond creating a fair workplace. It involves designing policies, processes, and practices that that acknowledge and address that people have different starting points and needs. It is a shift in perspective from compliance and minimizing risk to creating a collaborative culture that centers psychological safety, fosters delight and innovation.

  • A little bit about this foundational assessment

This assessment is designed to help you reflect on your organization’s current culture, capacity, and readiness for equity-centered, post capitalist ways of working.

In short, it's a quick assessment of your post capitalist workplace foundations needed to build equity and psychological safety, sustainably, now and in the future.

It offers a snapshot of where your strengths are emerging and where deeper alignment, resources, or shared understanding may be needed. The questions go beyond the binary of ‘good’ or ‘bad;, but instead the insights can support you on your path toward a workplace rooted in relational care, accountability, and regenerative practice.

Your responses will help illuminate what’s visible, as well as, gently point toward the deeper layers that often remain unseen without guided support.

  • Information about you

In this section, we'll ask a few questions about you and your organization.
  • Foundation Assessment

The following 10 questions offer a high-level reflection on your organization’s readiness for equity-centered, relational, and post-capitalist ways of working. They’re designed to help you notice where your current culture is aligned, where it may still reflect inherited or extractive patterns, and where deeper attention or care could support meaningful transformation. Use this as an opening, an opportunity to understand your starting point and identify the areas most ready for growth, repair, or renewed commitment.
  • We’re almost there!

A few final questions to help us stay connected and support your next steps.
  • If support were available, would it be helpful to explore this work together in
  • Your results offer an initial snapshot of how you currently understand your organization’s culture, practices, and commitments. Self-assessment is a meaningful starting point, but it naturally reflects what you can see from inside your current systems.

Many organizations score themselves highly in certain areas and later discover there are deeper layers—around power, pace, relational dynamics, and inherited capitalist structures—that were operating beneath the surface. Please hold your results with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to look beyond what’s immediately visible.

Keep in mind, even when an organization feels confident in its equity practices, there are often unseen patterns shaped by hierarchy, urgency, productivity pressures, or norms of conflict avoidance that quietly maintain the status quo.

The Post Capitalist Workplace transformation asks us to look beyond policies and plans and into the subtle ways power flows, decisions are made, care is shared, and relationships are held.

What looks ‘strong’ at the surface may still carry traces of extraction or imbalance. Your score is not a judgment—it’s an invitation to explore these deeper layers with support, and uncover what might be possible when your culture aligns more fully with relational, regenerative, and liberatory values.

Strong foundations do not mean perfection. They mean readiness. If your foundations are not as strong as you'd like, the good news is, you can change it.

  • Your Results

Your results offer a meaningful snapshot of where your organization’s culture is currently aligned and where new openings for growth may be emerging. They highlight both your strengths and the areas that may benefit from deeper attention, care, or support. Use them as a starting point for continued reflection and intentional action.
