    Program Overview:

    The SoLa Foundation, in partnership with Live Nation Entertainment, is proud to present the 2026 SoLa Live Accelerator Program, a premier career development experience for aspiring live entertainment professionals in South LA who are passionate about music and live events. This six-month accelerator is designed to help participants build real-world skills, expand their industry knowledge, and open doors to careers in live entertainment.

    During the program:

    • Gain hands-on experience in key areas of the live entertainment business, including talent booking, branding, marketing, revenue & sponsorship, ticketing, merch, production, operations, and sustainability
    • Participate in guest speaker sessions with Live Nation executives
    • Experience immersive field trips with behind-the-scenes access 
    • Develop a stronger network and a clearer vision for your future in the industry
    • Design and host a concert at The Beehive in South LA

    Upon successful completion of the program:

    • Receive a $500 stipend 
    • Gain access to valuable alumni benefits, including paid internship opportunities with Live Nation

    Eligibility Requirements:

    The program is limited to 20 participants

    Prior experience is not required. Strong interest, commitment, and initiative are essential

    To qualify, you must:

    • Be 16–22 years old
    • Be willing and able to commit 8–10 hours per week for the full six months
    • Attend all sessions in person at the SoLa Tech and Entertainment Center
    • Reside within SoLa’s service area (see eligible ZIP codes below). Residency will be verified
    • Complete a mandatory interview as part of the selection process

    Application Deadline:
    December 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
    Late submissions will not be accepted.
