If you have added more than one Girl Scout to your troop during the promotional period, please complete a separate form for each new member.
We're excited that you've taken advantage of our Winter Membership Special to receive a $25 Sashay Gift Card. Opening your troop to new members helps more girls experience the fun, friendship, and leadership opportunities of Girl Scouts.

Eligibility:

Only Girl Scouts who purchased a new MY26 youth membership between Nov 24, 2025 and January 31, 2026 and joined your troop qualify. Youth who renewed their MY25 membership do not qualify.

In order to qualify for the $25 Sashay Gift Card promotion this form must be submitted by 11:59pm February 11, 2026.

New troop additions will be verified and qualifying gift cards will be issued to troops in February/early March 2026.
