If any information is missing, we’ll contact you to discuss the details. Note (New): If you’re looking to customize an existing Timber Build Wooden Bracket, please do not use this form. Instead, go to the product page of the specific bracket you want to customize and click the “Customize This Product” button in the Product Overview section.

Custom Project – From Sketch or Plans - We’ll create a fully custom piece based on your sketch, drawings, or project plans—designed and built to your specifications. Please be sure to include key details such as projection, height, thickness, and brace thickness. For gable brackets, also include the roof pitch and as many other details as possible. If any information is missing, we’ll contact you to discuss the details. Custom Project – Recreate Previous Order - We’ll use the details from your previous order to recreate the same custom project, maintaining consistency in design, materials, and specifications. Please include any new or updated information for this project in the Project Description section.

Custom Project – From My Old Product (Replica) - We’ll re-create your existing wood product by matching its design, size, and style based on photos or measurements. You can also send us the original piece for reference.

Project Collaboration - Architect / Large Project - We’ll work closely with the architect or design team on large or complex projects, providing design coordination and drawing support. This service is ideal for anyone building high-detail, large-scale projects that depend on highly skilled manufacturing. If you’d like to include one of our products in your customer’s plans, you can request CAD / Drawing Request
