STRATEGY EXECUTION MASTERMIND™ PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RED Development Group, Inc. (“RED”), and the individual or entity completing and submitting the Mastermind Registration Form (“Participant”).
By registering for the 18-Month Strategy Execution Mastermind Program (“Program”), Participant acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. 18-Month Commitment
Participant agrees to enroll in and remain actively engaged in the Program for its full duration of eighteen (18) months, beginning on the date of acceptance into the Program. Participant acknowledges that the Program is designed as a long-term strategic implementation process and that consistent participation is required to receive its full benefit.
2. Attendance Requirements
Participant agrees to:
a. Attend monthly mastermind sessions; and
b. Participate in quarterly strategic review sessions.
If Participant is unable to attend a session, Participant must notify RED in advance. Absences do not relieve Participant of any financial obligations under this Agreement.
3. Confidentiality
Participant acknowledges that, during the course of the Program, sensitive business information may be disclosed by RED or other participants.
Participant agrees to:
a. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all discussions, materials, documents, and shared information;
b. Not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent; and
c. Not use any confidential information for purposes other than business development and personal implementation within Participant’s own company.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
4. Financial Commitment and Responsibility
Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
a. The full Program fee is due according to the payment option selected at registration;
b. By enrolling in the Program, Participant assumes responsibility for payment of the entire Program fee, regardless of participation level or withdrawal;
c. No refunds will be issued once enrollment has been submitted and accepted; and
d. Payment plans, if chosen, must be completed in full according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Participant affirms that they have the authority to bind themselves or their business entity to this financial commitment.
5. Media Consent
Participant agrees to permit RED to capture, use, and publish photographs, video images, audio recordings, and written feedback from Program sessions for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
Participant may opt out by selecting the “Do NOT grant media permission” option on the registration form. If no preference is selected, Participant grants implied consent.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the registration form submitted by Participant, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, written or oral.
8. Acceptance
By submitting the Mastermind Registration Form, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
