What is RALLY? 
Think of an AKC Rally event as any team sport: You and your dog navigate a course, side-by-side, as you steer him through a course of 10-20 different signs. Each of these signs provides instructions regarding the next skill that is to be performed. The dog and handler move continuously throughout the course with the dog under control at the handler’s left side. There is a clear sense of teamwork between the dog and handler both during and between the numbered signs. Although each performance is timed, having a good race time is not the goal; it’s all about working as a team while performing the skills, with the dog under control.

 Instructors
The instructors rotate betwen sessions.  They are all volunteer club members who have experience training and competing with their own dogs in a variety of AKC activities.

Class Requirements

Dogs attending this class need to have passed the AKC Canine Good Citizen test.

Class Location, Dates & Times

Classes are held at the Clarksville Kennel Club Training Building - 114 Kraft Street, Bldg. D, Clarksville, TN

This is a 6-week session meeting on Thursday nights from 5:30-6:30 pm.  

Dates are:   January 8th
                    January 15th
                    January 22nd
                    January 29th
                    February 5th
                    February 12th

Each class is limited to eight (8) spots.  Refunds will only be issued if your spots can be filled from the waitlist.

If the class shows as "Sold Out" below, please submit your email address to be added to the waitlist and notified of the next class.

All classes provided by the Clarksville Kennel Club are NOT for aggresive dogs.  A dog showing aggression, and/or that is uncontrollable, will be immediately excused for the remainder of the class session for the safety of others.  No refund for remaining classes will be given.
