  • BCGSA FIELD RENTAL AGREEMENT 

  • Rental Fee Donation (Based on Team Type & Light Usage):

    Non-league / Select teams:
     • $75 per practice (max 2 hours, with lights)
     • $50 per practice (max 2 hours, no lights)
    League teams during off-season:
     • $25 per practice (max 2 hours, with lights)
     • No charge (max 2 hours, no lights)
    Fees will be calculated and confirmed by BCGSA based on your request.

    Field Use Rules:
    • Practices must be scheduled through BCGSA (BCGSA.schedule@gmail.com).
    • Field may only be used for softball practice unless approved.
    • No field alterations (dragging, chalking, moving bases).
    • No alcohol, smoking, or glass containers allowed.

    Care & Clean-Up:
    • Dugouts, stands, and field must be clean after use.
    • Renter is responsible for any damages.

    Conduct:
    • Proper sportsmanship and behavior required.
    • Renter must supervise all players and attendees.

    BCGSA may close fields at any time due to rain, unsafe conditions, or maintenance.
    Weather cancellations may be rescheduled or credited—no refunds.

     Cancellation Policy
    - Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice.
    - Late cancellations may forfeit rental fees.

    BCGSA may immediately terminate access for unsafe behavior, rule violations, non-payment, or field misuse.

     

    **Teams may arrive early or remain later only if no other team is scheduled in the time slot directly before or after their reservation.
