This includes but is not limited to: audio, video, photographs, and presentation materials, recorded or captured during my presentations for marketing, promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

I understand and agree that:

- Ownership Rights: I waive any ownership rights, including copyright, in the content mentioned above and assign all rights, title, and interest in the content to JaxREIA.

- Use and Distribution: The Association has the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish the content in any media, including but not limited to websites, social media, promotional materials, and educational resources.

- No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of the content as outlined in this waiver.

- Duration of Use: This waiver applies indefinitely unless otherwise requested by me to be removed from marketing materials.

- Release of Liability: I release JAXREIA, its representatives, and anyone acting under its authority from any liability arising out of the use of the content as permitted by this waiver.
