KNK Finacial Services will prepare your 2025 individual tax return from the information you furnished to us. You, the taxpayer, are ultimately responsible for the preparation and filing of your tax return.
By signing this form, I acknowledge and confirm the following:
Accuracy of information: I have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information to the best of my knowledge. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the details I have provided in this form and any supporting documents. Failure to do so may result in a criminal penalty situation that is punishable by law including but not limited to facing court dates, restitution, and possible imprisonment. I waive KNK Financial Services and the preparer of any error due to incorrect information provided by me.
Tax Prepation Services: I understand that the tax prepatation services being provided by KNK Financial Services are for the purpose of assiting me in preparing and filing my federal, state, and or local tax returns. I agree to cooperate fully with the tax preparer and provide all necessary documentation. I acknowledge by signing this form if I and/or my spouse owes a federal/government debt such as IRS, child support, student loans etc., I/we are still responsible for tax preparation fees due to KNK Financial Services at the time of service.
Tax Liability: I understand that it is my responsibilty to pay any taxes owed to the IRS or state taxing authorities. I acknowledge that the tax preparer cannot guarantee any specific tax outcome or refunds.
Electronic Filing: I consent to the electronic filing of my tax return, if applicable, and understand that I will receive an electronic copy of my tax return and supporting documents.
Fees and Payments: I acknowlege that regardless of how my refund is disbursed I am responsible for paying any agreed-upon fees for tax preparation services, which may include preparation fees, filing fees, and other charges associated with the preparation of my tax return stated on the invoice. If the tax preparation fees are not paid, I understand that KNK Financial Services will take legal action to collect any unpaid fees.
IRS Communication: I authorize KNK Financial Services to communicate with the IRS or state tax authorities on my behalf regarding the preparation and submission of my tax return, if necessary.
Retention of Documents: I understand that my tax documents may be retained for the duration required by law and that I can request copies of my tax return or any related documents at any time.
