People who work with Beyond Housesitting tend to value depth, clarity and full transparency so their pets can remain settled and well in their own home. This application helps us understand whether you and your pet are a good fit for the level of care we provide. The more detail you share, the easier it is for us to see whether your expectations align with our standards.

Please take your time to complete the form with accurate information about routines, behaviour, temperament and any responsibilities you would want us to take on. You may live with habits that feel normal to you but are important for us to know. If anything changes before a sit, please let us know.

Once we receive your application, we will review it and, if suitable, send a quote along with our terms and conditions and insurance documents. If you accept the quote, you will receive a contract to sign. After the contract is signed you will receive an invoice for full payment. Once payment is received, we confirm your sit in writing.

If we arrive to a sit and find responsibilities or needs that were not disclosed and agreed in advance, we may refuse the sit or request supplementary charges.

This application ensures that we only accept sits that are the right fit for everyone involved.

Your Pets - Please include number and type of pet, breeds and ages, male/female and whether neutered/spayed ( include all farm animals ) and of course their names ! If you have cats please state whether indoor or outdoor. *

Please describe in detail a typical day with your pets, including wake up time, feeding, walking, playtime, through to evening routines and bedtime. *

If you have a female dog/cat is it anticipated that she may be in season during our stay ? *

Is your pet currently engaged in any behaviour training of any kind? What training, if any, have they received in the past formal or otherwise ? *

Where do your pets sleep ? Please let us know if the pets sleeping arrangements during our stay will be different to their usual routine with you. *

Do your pets need attention through the night, any issues settling them to sleep, toilet breaks, or any other reason that we would need to get up with them during the night ?*

Any other doggie/pet house rules and boundaries ?*

Do they have any specific commands that are helpful for us to know ?*

ANYTHING else we need to know about your pets behaviour, temperament, needs, responsibilities and routine. No detail is too small ! Please ensure you tell us everything, even if you consider it insignificant, it's really important that you help us all to have a positive experience by being honest and upfront with accurate details and expectations. *

Any other non pet related responsibilities ? House/garden ? This might include things like watering of plants, baskets and vegetables, mowing the lawn, light gardening or maintenance. Please include everything you would like us to do.*

Any responsibilities for airbnbs or holiday lets, such as helping with changeovers, buying welcome pack supplies, meeting and greeting guests, maintenance or admin duties ?*

Our privacy while in your home is as important as your security, please let us know if you have any indoor cameras incluidng wifi pet cams and any monitoring devices, audio and recording devices and any other technology accessed remotely such as google nest. We would ask that any cameras are switched off for the duration of our stay. *

Please advise where we would sleep in your home and the facilities provided, for example type and size of bed, ( is it a sofa bed or futon, double or king bed ) bath/shower facilities available etc. It is helpful for us to have space provided for us to store our clothes, shoes, outdoor coats, and toiletries, and space in the kitchen cupboards/fridge/freezer so that we are not living out of a suitcase and can settle in for longer sits. *
