MOKAN Free Throw-A-Thon 2025 – Pledge & Donation Form

Welcome to the MOKAN Future Free Throw-A-Thon!
Each athlete begins with a $25 base donation, which directly supports at-risk kids in our program by helping us provide consistent mentorship, high-quality coaching, safe facility access, and year-round financial assistance. While $25 secures participation, our hope is that each athlete can raise $100 or more through per-made-free-throw pledges or additional one-time gifts to expand the impact even further.

In addition, a portion of all event proceeds will go toward our partnership with Toys for Tots, helping ensure families in our community have the support they need during the holiday season. Together, we’re using this event to create meaningful opportunities for kids and to give back where it’s needed most.
