Complete all the fields below. Submit the application fee (Early bird: $75 before January 1st, 2026 or Regular $95 before February 1st, 2026. Late applications may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed). Application fee must be paid via Zelle to ieyoungartists@gmail.com (payee: S.D.G. Performing Arts, LLC). Videos may be submitted separately by the final deadline (February 1st), but the application and fee must be paid before January 1st if you wish to take advantage of the Early bird rate.
