  • Rehearsal Schedule

    Please view the tentative schedule and fill in all possible conflicts in the field below. Schedule subject to change. Be sure to mark down conflicts for off days as well in the event additional rehearsals may be necessary. A possible school day performance may be scheduled between the first and second performance weekends, and will be offered to local schools as a field trip opportunity should the cast be available to schedule it. Please be aware that we appreciate 100% participation for tech week plus all performance dates.

  • By filling out this form, I understand that by accepting a part in an FHT Youth production, I am making a commitment to be on time to all scheduled rehearsals and performances, including any tentatively scheduled performances and school day performances. I understand that FHYT does not understudy or double cast, and that school day performances will require a day off from school.

  • Parents: This production will be participation fee free for all participants thanks to a generous grant from the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Foundation in conjunction with the Stardust Foundation. This grant was part of the foundations’ “Arts and Culture Experiences” grant program, encouraging young people to attend and participate in the performing arts. By filling out this form, you understand that if your child is cast in this show, parents are required to volunteer 10 hours (or opt-out fee $100). Scholarships and additional volunteer options available. No one will be denied participation basted on ability to pay. Fountain Hills Theater is a 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts are tax deductible. The Theater is 100% funded by ticket sales and donations. Ticket sales alone do not cover operating expenses. Production fees help cover the costs of the production such as construction materials, costumes, props, and royalties.
