Texoma Homeschool Co-Op Registration Request

We are currently enrolling for the Spring 2026 Semester.

Located in Denison, TX, the Texoma Homeschool Association Co-Op is a K-12, parent-led, faith-neutral, homeschool cooperative. Our goal is to provide a supportive community, where families can come together to enrich their homeschooling experience.

We offer a variety of classes for students, with each semester (fall and spring) lasting 10-weeks. All classes are taught by dedicated parents, and every family is asked to contribute by teaching at least one class per semester. If this requirement seems daunting, please don't let it be the thing that keeps you from registering. We have many supports we can offer to ensure families can participate within their own comfort zones. Here are the Policies and Procedures for this semester.

The cost for the entire semester is $155/per family + $20/child. This covers the materials, location, and administration of the co-op for your family for the entire 10-week semester. A $100 deposit for new families and $50 deposit for returning families is due upon registration. Please do not allow cost to be the only factor that keeps you from joining as we try to work with every family who has an interest in joining us. Upon submittal of your registration, someone from our Board of Directors will be in touch to go over the details of the co-op and to answer any questions you may have. Then, once your application is approved by the board, you will receive an email with instructions on how to finish up your registration and to secure your spots with a deposit.

I understand that when I register for co-op I am committing to attend all 10 weeks (not accounting for illness or emergency). If I have a planned absence during the co-op semester, I have reached out to scheduler@texomahomeschool.com before registering.

I understand that as soon as my registration is accepted, there will be a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due immediately to hold my family's spots for the next semester and that THA accepts cash or checks. Deposits for new families are $100 and $50 for returning families. More info will be provided on how to pay once your registration has been accepted.

I understand that the family fee for this semester of co-op is $155 and there is an additional $20/student fee.

I understand, but would like to enquire about scholarships and fundraisers (email treasurer@texomahomeschool.com). If I receive a fee reduction, our family will commit to chairing a committee to facilitate one of this semester's pre-determined events. The board will provide a detailed document to help with event execution and you could leverage other members to help coordinate and staff the event.
