Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions
Mileage & Fuel
-Rentals include standard mileage. Additional miles will be charged at $0.50 per mile.
-Vehicle must be returned with a full tank. A $50 refueling fee will apply if the tank is not full.
Fees
-$60 drop-off fee, waived for rentals 7 days or longer.
-Late returns are charged at the full daily rate for each additional day.
-$25 cleaning fee if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
-Lost key or key fob replacement: $150–$350 depending on vehicle.
-Smoking/vaping fee: $250 (if smoking odor or residue is present).
Eligibility & Use
-Renter must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
-Minimum rental period is 3 days.
-No smoking, pets, reckless driving, racing, or illegal activity.
-Only the renter and approved drivers listed on this agreement may operate the vehicle.
-Vehicle may not be taken outside Minnesota without written approval.
Insurance & Liability
-Renter must provide proof of full coverage auto insurance before pickup.
-Renter is responsible for all damages, tickets, tolls, towing, fuel, tire/rim damage, and mechanical issues caused by misuse.
-Any accident or issue must be reported immediately.
If the vehicle is towed or impounded especially out of state the renter is responsible for all related fees, travel, and recovery costs.
Responsibility
-Vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received.
-Renter covers all costs resulting from misuse, negligence, or any violation of this agreement.
Indemnity
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TaylorJ Enterprise from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that arise from the renter’s operation or use of the vehicle.
Payment & Deposit
A deposit must be added to the order before booking is approved.
-$250 deposit when paying by card.
-$500 deposit when paying cash.
Cash renters must be Minnesota residents and provide proof of address.
