Statement of Support

Applicants are required to submit a brief Statement of Support from an individual who is familiar with their business or idea and can speak to their potential for success. This may include a mentor, employer, professor, advisor, community leader, or professional contact.

The statement should address the following:

How the individual knows the applicant and in what capacity they are providing support?
How the applicant’s business or idea addresses a need or problem, and the potential impact on the community?
What makes the applicant’s business or idea unique or differentiated?
Why the applicant is well-positioned to succeed in this program?
