Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

For Precision Arms Training LLC Instructors
1. In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Firearm Training Courses, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Precision Arms Training LLC, its instructors, agents, servants, or employees (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES), or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where activity is being conducted.

2. I am fully aware of the unusual risks involved and hazards connected with this activity and materials used. SUCH MATERIALS INCLUDE THE HANDLING AND USE OF FIREARMS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE PISTOLS, REVOLVERS, AND DERRINGERS. ALSO, ADDITIONAL MATERIALS INCLUDE THE HANDLING AND USE OF LIVE AMMUNITION. I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY, including Death that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage of property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in such activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

3. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

4. It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. IN SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT

I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed, no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age and fully competent; and I execute the release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by the same.
Course Policies & Disclaimers
1. Course Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Participants who wish to withdraw from a scheduled course must do so no later than seven (7) days prior to the class start date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the class start date are not eligible for a cash refund. Instead, participants will receive a credit applied toward a future course of equal value.

By registering for a course, participants acknowledge and agree to these refund and cancellation terms.

2. Range Fee Policy (OKC Gun Club)
For courses held at OKC Gun Club, Participants who are not current members of the OKC Gun Club will be required to pay an additional $25 range fee at the time of the course.

This fee is collected on behalf of the range facility and is separate from the course tuition.
Participants are responsible for bringing the fee with them on the day of training.

3. Photo & Video Disclaimer
During training events, Precision Arms Training may capture photos and/or video for documentation, safety review, marketing, and promotional purposes.

By participating in this course, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may appear in photos or video taken during the class.
Precision Arms Training retains all rights to any media captured.
Such media may be used in digital or print formats, including websites, social media, advertising, and training materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the instructor before the start of class, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
Participation in the course constitutes your consent to this media policy unless you notify us otherwise.

4. Instructor Availability & Rescheduling Policy
The head instructors at Precision Arms Training are Active Duty Military.
Due to their primary military obligations, all courses are subject to rescheduling or cancellation in the event of:
- Mission requirements
- Short-notice taskings
- Duty-related conflicts
- Training or deployment obligations
If a class must be rescheduled or cancelled for these reasons, participants will be:
- Notified as soon as possible
- Automatically enrolled in the rescheduled class or
- Issued a full credit/refund (student choice) toward any future course.
