DUES MUST BE PAID TO ATTEND THE APRIL DINNER MEETING. No REFUNDS will be granted. Checks or POs should be made out only for DUES and EXTRA Dinners. Guests must be paid for in advance.
Please update all Manager and Facility information. Complete the club information sheet before you return it so that we can include you and your facility in the current directory.
