Registration Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Activity Tent, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. The Activity Tent offers Cookie Decorating, Robotics, and Arts & Craft sessions, each lasting approximately one hour. All activities are fully supervised by trained staff, and parents or guardians may drop off their children and return at the end of the session. Multiple sessions and multiple children may be booked, and children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
Payment is required in advance to secure a child’s spot. A booking is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid or partially paid bookings may be released without notice, and proof of payment may be required at check-in.
Parents or guardians are responsible for completing the registration form accurately and must remain reachable by phone for the duration of the session. All allergies, medical conditions, learning considerations, or special needs must be fully disclosed to ensure a safe environment. Children should arrive on time and be prepared for the activity they are registered for.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, the organizers and staff are not liable for accidental injuries, minor scrapes, or incidents that may occur during normal supervised activities, nor are they responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Participation is voluntary, and parents accept any inherent risks associated with hands-on creative or technical activities. For the Cookie Decorating session, all ingredients used are standard baking items; parents must disclose food allergies, and participation is at their discretion in cases of severe sensitivities.
Bookings are non-refundable unless a session is cancelled by the organizers. If a child is unable to attend due to illness or another issue, every effort will be made to reschedule, though this cannot be guaranteed. Sessions cancelled due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances will be refunded or rescheduled at the organizers’ discretion.
Parents agree to collect their child promptly at the end of the session. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after this time, a late pick-up fee may be charged to cover extended supervision.
Where applicable, parents may grant or decline permission for photos or videos of their child to be used for promotional purposes, such as social media or marketing materials. No identifying information will be shared.
