*The Bronze inspection is not suitable for salvage-title, reconstructed, or heavily modified vehicles. It is also not recommended if you're buying sight-unseen (e.g., from out of state or long distance). In these cases, our Platinum Inspection is required for the thorough evaluation needed.
The Bronze inspection is designed specifically for buyers of older, higher-mileage, or budget-friendly used vehicles (typically under $8,000). It focuses on identifying major mechanical issues and overall condition, with the understanding that minor "used car quirks" or wear items may exist.
Please be aware that the Bronze inspection does not include a test drive. We cannot assess driving feel, unusual noises during operation, handling characteristics, or other dynamic performance aspects. For this reason, it's essential that you personally test-drive the vehicle and feel fully comfortable with how it drives before finalizing your purchase.
*Please ensure your vehicle meets the Gold inspection criteria of being a 2023 or newer with less than 50K miles within Vancouver, Washington. If the vehicle doesn't fall within this criteria the Platinum inspection is your only/better option.
*PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED without first emailing us with this dealers name prior to booking this inspection
Unfortunately this is potentially one of two dealers in the Portland market we will not go back to due to our very negative experiences here in the past and we would suggest you research this dealer before further considering this vehicle.
If you have not done so already, we would strongly suggest checking out their Yelp reviews online including the "Not Recommended" Link at the bottom.
*Any inspection booked for a dealer in this list will be subject to a refund MINUS $10 to cover our associated merchant fees which are non refundable to us.
*If the vehicle is salvage-title, reconstructed, or has a branded title, you must provide the VIN when requesting an inspection.
For all vehicles, we strongly recommend submitting the VIN (or license plate number if visible in the listing/ad) upfront. This allows us to conduct thorough preliminary research—including vehicle history, past sales data, auction records, accident photos (when available), and other key details—before we contact the seller to schedule. In many cases, this research uncovers critical information (such as hidden salvage history or major prior damage) that could change your decision to proceed, saving you time and potential hassle.
Providing this info early is one of the best ways we help protect you from surprises or scams—it's included as part of our standard process and helps ensure the inspection is the right fit for the vehicle.
