RESPONSIBLE PARTY MUST SIGN & AGREE TO PARTICIPATE

The Fuquay-Varina Police Department and the Writing Music & Film Society reserve the right to remove any participant, group, float, or portion of the parade that violates the Parade Rules. Parade volunteers and/or police officers may remove the participant, group, or float at their earliest convenience and at the safest location, at their sole discretion.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am an authorized representative of my organization. I have read and understand the Parade Rules and agree to ensure that all participants in my entry comply with them. I understand that any entry in violation of the Parade Rules will be removed from the parade and that no refund will be issued.

Please sign and submit this waiver no later than Friday, November 28th, 2025.

 

The parade will proceed rain or shine.

 

The Writing Music & Film Society is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Any contributions made to the Writing Music & Film Society may be tax-deductible using our Employer Identification Number (EIN): 99-2662548.
