We had such fun in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 Running, Walking or Cycling the kilometers away! Let's do it again, going through 2026 getting fitter, healthier and happier and we can stay that way the whole year through!
WHAT TO DO TO BE A PART OF THIS EPIC JOURNEY
1. Choose your distance and register.
2. Make payment of K450 to AIRTEL MONEY +260 977778079 (Chosiwe Ndhlovu) MTN +260 764665498 (Charlene Milner) or pay in person at Busy Bodies Gym.
You can WORLDREMIT from anywhere in the world to participate. Depends on where you are courier cost of medal will be communicated to you as an extra fee.
3. Please send proof of payment to +260 764665498 or email cmilner57@gmail.com
4. You will be sent a race number after payment for the challenge made.
5. Please dowload the app STRAVA
6. You will be added to the group on Strava for accountabily. Please use the app when doing your exercise, or link it to your tracking device.
7. Join the Busybodies2Fit2Quit group on Facebook so you can post your pics and show off what you have done that day, week or month! Will also help keep you on track on where you are and how far you got to go. Lets motivate and encourage each other to get to the finish line!
8. On those last km to your finish line please take a pic with your race number and be proud you have killed those thousands of kilometers getting fit and fabulous!
