TMUN Committee Materials & Special Request Form
Dear Directors,

On this form you will detail and request any materials, special accommodations, and requests you would like to have for your committee's functions, whether it be the continuous crisis, midnight crisis, or regular committee sessions.

This form is available to complete for directors of all committees. Committees which do not complete this form will be assumed to not require any materials for the midnight crisis or any other committee sessions. Examples of these may include guest speakers, physical items, flags, etc. Please be as detailed as possible when describing your request/materials in order to ensure accurate delivery.
