On this form you will detail and request any materials.
This form is available to complete for directors of all committees. Committees which do not complete this form will be assumed to not require any materials for the midnight crisis or any other committee sessions. Examples of these may include guest speakers, physical items, flags, etc. Please be as detailed as possible when describing your request/materials in order to ensure accurate delivery.
If your commitee requires additional materials, you have three options to acquire them:
Option 1: Purchase on your own. Here, you will be spending your own money, and you will be able to keep it after TMUN 2026 concludes.
Option 2: TMUN purchases the item. Here, you will fill out this form requesting item(s). If approved, TMUN will make the purchase, and you will be able to have it during commitee.
Option 3: You purchase the item yourself, then TMUN reimburses you. Here, you will fill out this form requesting item(s). If approved, you are to purchase the item yourself, then TMUN will reimburse you for the price paid. All materials requested through this form will have to be approved; Please wait until after recieving approval to start buying!
When deciding on materials to request, please consider how important this prop is to commitee, and if it is something that can be reused for future commitees. Additionally, please note that all items requested through this form will be property of TMUN. You unfortunately will not be able to take them home after :(
