Thanks for your interest in the Nature Stewards course for North West Hub (Moonee Valley, Merri-bek and Hume) in Autumn 2026.

This is a 10-week course running each Saturday from March 21st - June 13th, excluding April 4th and June 6th.

Typical classes run from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and there will be 4-6 field trips (~3 hours length) held in the afternoons after class throughout the course.

This is an introductory course best suited to those with little/no formal environmental education, who are willing to try or continue environmental volunteering and connect with their local nature spaces and community.

The course fees are as follows:
- Residents of Moonee Valley, Merri-bek: $175 full fee and $87.5 concession
- Residents of Hume: $70 full fee and $35 for concession
- For outside residents: $350 full fee, $175 concession
This course has a maximum class size, and this application does not guarantee your place in the course. We will notify you of the outcome of your application approximately two weeks prior to course commencement.
