The American Renaissance Academy - Kapolei Aquatics Center is updating its files. Effective November 17, 2025, we require all non-ARA students registering for programs to submit updated waiver and release forms to ensure we have the most current information.

CLICK HERE for a PDF version of the form. Email a completed and signed copy for each participant to info@arahawaii.org. Include the swim program you wish to register for in the email.

Once the waiver is completed and filed, you will receive instructions to submit payment and finalize your registration. Please allow up to 24 hours for the instructions.

Kapolei Aquatics Center offers a discount if two or more participants sign up for the same program at the same time. Participants of the Masters Swim Program are required to submit their waivers separately before making payment. If you are signing up with another participant, provide their names below and instructions to submit payment will be sent when all parties have submitted their required forms.Skip this section if not registering with another participant
