Promotional Eligibility: Promotional offers are valid only for new tenants who complete a tour and sign a lease within 7 days of their visit. Offer applies to select suites and is subject to availability.

Lease Requirement: To qualify for promotional offers, tenants must commit to a minimum lease term of 1 year lease and maintain their account in good standing.

Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Abandoned Applications Policy:
Suites By LP reserves the right to apply an administrative application fee of $55 to any applicant who begins the leasing process but fails to complete their application or communication within a reasonable timeframe. If an applicant who has previously abandoned the process chooses to reapply within 90 days, a non-refundable application fee will be required before their new request will be processed. This fee covers administrative time and processing costs associated with multiple reviews.

Tour Policy: Tours are by appointment only. No walk-ins. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
