    Please fill out the form to be considered for a vending opportunity on September 18-19, 2026 at The Occult & Oddities Fest. Spots are limited for each category. You will receive an email letting you know if you've been accepted or waitlisted. Payment will be required by the DUE DATE listed in the Acceptance email due to the large number of applicants. If payment is not received, you will forfeit your reserved spot(s). If you need more time, please reach out!     Set-up will take place ONLY on Friday September 19 from 2:30p-4:45p

    All vendors MUST be set up before the doors open at 5pm.

    Participation on both days is REQUIRED.

  • GUIDELINES

    This is a juried event. We will be hand-selecting vendors to ensure the items being sold fall within the theme of the event. Pictures of your items are REQUIRED for you to be considered.

    No MLMs are allowed.

    Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    Your set-up must be completed by 4:45pm the first day of the event.

    Your table must remain set up until 6pm on Saturday September 19th, unless otherwise directed.

    If you pack up early, you will not be able to participate in future events.

    Since this is an indoor event, doors will be locked Friday evening so that you may leave your items set up.

    Doors will open for vendors at 8:30am Saturday morning to allow for any adjustments of your setup.

     

    There are TWO space options for this event (you cannot combine them)

    One 10x10 space that includes 2 8ft tables - $250 - Limited Availability!!

    We provide you with 2 8ft tables. You may use additional tables or fixtures that you bring. You may configure your space however you wish as long as it is SAFE and you stay within the 10x10 space. Don't forget to include a space for you to stand or sit!

    8ft table - $125 each  (You may request up to 3 tables)

    Each table is 8ft long and approximately 30" deep. We provide the tables! You cannot bring your own tables to add to your space. Your vendor spot consists of the table only. No racks/displays are allowed outside the dimensions of your table. Feel free to build up as long as it is safe for those around you (tabletop crates, gridwalls pushed up against the back of your table, small spinner racks on table...etc are allowed). For 2 or 3 tables, they will be in a row or L configuration depending on placement. You may not move the placement of these tables.

    By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read the entire application and agree to these terms. If you do not adhere to ALL of these terms, you may be asked to leave the event and you will not be invited to future events.

  • I understand that by submitting this event appliction, I am agreeing to the following statements:

    - I am an adult 18 years of age or older and am responsible for anyone accompanying me (ie. spouse, partner, children, helpers...etc.)


    - I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS the event organizers and its representatives, officers, servants, agents, employees and venue location from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me while participating in this market.

    - I understand that the event organizers and venue owners will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with any injury.


    - I specifically acknowledge that I, the Vendor, am engaging in this service as a vendor, at my own request and risk, and further acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, benefit or insurance coverage from the event organizers or venue owners, nor will such a claim be made by me or on my behalf.

    - ALL fees paid for this event are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    - Any disrespect shown by me, or anyone accompanying me, to the event organizers and it's representatives, other fellow vendors, and event attendees could result in my immediate removal from the event and prevent me from participating in future events. In addition, my fee will be forfeited.
