C. Program Commitments and Terms
Program Overview:
The Dutch University Impact Collaboration Program is a 1-semester applied learning experience (14-16 weeks) connecting university students with WorldEd Foundation's global education initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Commitments by the University / Academic Advisor:
1. Ensure selected students commit approximately 8-10 hours per week to the project.
2. Assign an academic advisor to supervise and provide feedback during the semester.
3. Participate in the mid-semester review and final reflection session.
4. Approve student deliverables for academic credit or evaluation, if applicable.
5. Support ethical research practices, ensuring student projects follow university and WorldEd Foundation guidelines.
WorldEd Foundation Agrees to:
1. Provide structured project frameworks, mentorship, and coordination throughout
2. Facilitate 7 core virtual meetings and optional check-ins.
3. Offer international collaboration opportunities with partner bodies.
4. Conduct final evaluation and issue a Certificate of Completion for participating
5. Provide an Impact Report summarizing outcomes, learning results, and feedback.
D. Terms & Conditions
By signing this form, the university and advisor acknowledge and agree that:
Academic Integrity: All project outputs remain the intellectual property of the students and university, with joint acknowledgment of WorldEd Foundation’s role in facilitation.
Data Use: WorldEd Foundation may collect and use anonymized data, quotes, or project results for reporting, impact assessment, or promotional purposes, with prior notice to the university.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect sensitive student or community information shared during the collaboration.
Non-commercial Clause: This is an educational collaboration; no fees, financial exchange, or employment relationship is implied.
Media Consent: Participating universities and students consent to photographs, video clips, or testimonials being used for program promotion and reporting (unless opted out in writing).
Termination: Either party may withdraw from the program with reasonable notice if obligations cannot be met.
Certification: Certificates are issued upon completion of all required program phases and satisfactory participation in final presentations.
Student Media Contribution: WorldEd Foundation will request and expect each student group to create and share a minimum of three short videos during the semester for educational and promotional purposes. The video concepts and guidelines will be provided during program meetings.
