While we welcome and encourage children of all backgrounds and ability levels to have the opportunity to participate in our programs, due to limited staff and for the safety of all, we ask that any child who requires 1:1 social-emotional/behavioral support from a trained adult while at school be provided with support from a trained adult while at camp. It is the parents’/guardians’ responsibility to provide this adult support, and the parents/guardians must secure and provide a background check for the attending adult a minimum of one week prior to the start of the child’s registered camp session. Without a cleared background check, the child and adult will not be able to participate.

In order to be prepared to costume your child, please list your child(ren)'s height and pants size that you believe they will be at the time of camp. If you have multiple children please list names next to each answer (ex. John: 5'0', size 12-14)*

I/We authorize Strawbery Banke Museum staff to arrange for emergency care for my/our minor child/children at a local hospital, as the staff deems necessary. I/We authorize hospital personnel to provide emergency medical treatment for my/our child/children.

I/We wish that my/our child/children participate in camp program(s) which is/are organized by Strawbery Banke Museum in 2026. I assume all the risks of injury and loss arising or resulting from my/our child's/chldren's participation, hereby releasing and holding harmless the Museum, its employees or agents from liability for any such injury or loss.

Unless otherwise informed, I/We allow our child to appear in photographs taken for use in Strawbery Banke Museum publications, publicity and social media. I also agree to allow photographs from camp to be available on a password protected site, to which only fellow camp families have access.

Camp Payment - IMPORTANT

After hitting the submit button, you will be redirected to the Strawbery Banke Camp Ticketing Site, where you can pay for camps. Your space is not secure until you have paid for camp.

If your pop-up settings prevent you from being redirected, you can get there by clicking the blue link above. The link will also be in the email you receive after hitting the submit button.

Delaying payment may result in you losing a spot in camp.
HOW TO PAY

1. Visit the Strawbery Banke Ticketing Site (link is at the bottom).

2. If you are a Family member or higher, please log in to your SBM account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one by clicking register in the upper right hand corner in order to be able to register during the Member pre-sale period.

3. Click on the link that says "Show individual events"

4. Next to the name of each camp that you wish to register, add the quantity of participants for which you are paying.

5. When you have chosen all your camps, click the large "Register" button near the bottom of the screen. You will then need to add the last name of each participant for each of the camps that you are registering. NOTE: If you scroll up to the first camp and enter the last name, you can then hit the very small link "apply this to all tickets" so you don't have to add last names for every attendee.

6. Scroll to the bottom and hit "Add to Cart" You will then need to fill in your personal information before checking out. Once you hit check out, you can enter your credit card information. As long as you receive a receipt in your email, your transaction has gone through.
